A week of rain, rain and more rain coupled with the hazards of rising water. I am glad the rain is supposed to show itself tomorrow. Of course all I want to do is spend the day at the sewing machine but the sunshine through the window will be nice. If I could have just been at home quilting all this week instead of having to trudge into work everyday that would have been one thing. My prayers do go out to all those that have lost life and property due to this lingering tropical storm that has finally moved on out of here.

I'm glad to hear the rain is letting up. Please don't send it my way.

We had about 9 inches of rain in two days in MB, so I know exactly how you feel! Lucky me, I was able to stay home and amuse myself. Today the sun was out, and I did enjoy it!

I am so sorry that you have had to go through all of the rain. I am sure there are many others on the board that had to go through it too. I hope everything dries up quickly for you and your neighbors. (((HUGS)))

I wished I also could have stayed home and sewed but alas the bills had to get paid so off to work I went. It was nice to see the sun this morning.

We were rent camping in NC during the monsoon. And we packed up everything in the rain last week.
