There really aren't any dedicated fabric shops. In certain gift shops, you may find 3- 4 bolts of batiks. Have fun!

PS You'll pay about $15 per yard

I was just there in May and to scared to do any shopping after the locals rushed us when we got off the boat. We did our dolphins and rushed back to the boat. No shopping :(

No actual fabric shops, but the cutest canvas purse shop on Man-o-War Cay.

actually, there is one good place to buy fabric suitable for quilting.
It's called Bahama Hand Prints and it is in Nassau. it is not on the main drag, you'll need to take a bus or a car

when I went to Nassau, i was lucky enough to get a tour of the factory out back. they sell cotton suitable for quilting, fat quarter and you can buy pre-packaged yards/half yards.

have fun!

Default Fabric in Nassau

Hello, I was just in Nassau and was told about a fabric store. The name of the store is Home Fabric.
I know you have visit there already, but perhaps on your next visit you can go to the fabric store.
We had a nice time there and the people were very nice. There were tour guides at the port to take you around the island.

Are you sure? We were just there and had nothing like that happen to us. You were scared before you got off the ship. You had a culture shock is what happen to you. Your lost.
