I work with 2 ladies that speak Mandarin (SP??) the 'formal' Chinese language. I showed her this and it is a 'New Years' celebration. Their New Year begins at a different time than ours and I forgot to ask her when it was. This gentleman is a very famous magician in China. The lady sponsors this celebration each year, so I'm sure she knows what is going on. It was fun listening to Ping translate for me. The face and body actions match what they are saying. She laughed and laughed when I showed her this link and wanted to know where I found it. Of course I let her know that my 'quilting' friends find all these weird things for us to laugh at.....
