We have been buying from Amazon for years. Now I get all my Kindle books from them. Never had a problem.

Hi I too order lots of stuff from Amazon and a lot of the items are free shipping. Even my husband will suggest that when I want something to check on Amazon and they usually have it at a better price than others too. I live in a rural area of Co. and housebound and I love the convenience.

Amazon has amazing customer service, they do offer an online marketplace for sellers as well though. So you want to make sure the item you are purchasing says "in stock and sold by Amazon" or "fulfilled by Amazon" if you don't want to deal with a smaller seller.

I shop at Amazon.com before I try anywhere else. I've bought many, many videos, dvd movies, cd's, books, small electrical appliances and dishes, pots and pans. Probably more stuff that I can't think of right now. I am telling you quite truthfully I have never had to send anything back, and delivery is usually very fast taking snowstorms into consideration, etc. I believe you can trust them. 8-)

My husband orders everything from them. He recently purchased a clock, which worked about one week - he changed the battery, which didn't help. The clock was defective - Amazon is shipping a new clock and had UPS pick up the defective clock - at no charge. He loves Amazon.com
