Thread: Amberen

Have any of you tried Amberen? Any side effects? Does it work? How long do you have to take it before it works?

I take Ambien, the sleep enhancer, don't know what Amberen is.

Not the sleep enhancer altho I probably need that too ;)

Never hear of it. I'v been flashing for 20 years, guess it's a fact of life. I did try a couple of things. I was on something, but forgot what for several years. I tried a natural product for a while too. I like the natural product, forgot the name of it to. The best thing about it was it helped my veritgo. I flash and DH is cold. The only thing we fight about is the temp in the house.
