Default Any clue what this is??

My Mom who is in her 80's has been cleaning out stuff in the kitchen. She found this and can not remember what it is. Anyone know?? We have asked so many people and tried to find it on the web no luck. I figured I would ask you gals.

Looks like something that would be given away at a Tupperware party.. that has some obscure use... like a pumkin seeder.

I used to have one of those and I wondered the same thing. I even sold Tupperware. And I don't know what it is. I hope you find out.
