Hi all,
I am currently in St Marys GA w/DH for about 2-3 months while his company does a project here at the sub base. I am wondering if there are any of you within a 1 hour drive that would like to meet for lunch and checking out a LQS that may be around. Would love to meet with you for some quilt shopping fun!!!

I just attended a retreat at St. Simon's GA with my quilt guild from Macon. A guest from Cumberland Island joined us. Her name is Sandy; Cumberland Island has very few residents so you could probably ask at the ferry about her. Connie who owns the St. Simons LQS Stepping Stones led the mystery quilt. She could also put you in contact with Sandy. I know that Sandy would love to get together with you! She has no one in the area to share her love of quilting with.
If you can't track down Sandy, let me know and I can get her information from the retreat registration form.

Yes, meet up with Patrice. She's only about an hour 1/2 away from you. Savannah is a wonderful place. Tons of parks and shopping!!!
Cumberland Island is a great getaway. Loved going there!
