It's EVER so much harder when they resist the truth. I won't say in public how I know... but... I know.
Yes..I do realize I am very fortunate. Thanks!

Thanks! Yes...he is doing well. I am fortunate...he is very high functioning. Just socially challenged. But he realizes his and works on it. we give him coping strategies to help him. Thanks!

Hi Charisma. I laughed when I saw your posting of the book, because when I read your earlier post and it mentioned a book on Asperger's, I immediately thought of this book. I love this book! My son has a copy and we have read it many, many times together. It is easy to understand for someone who is not familiar with Autism/Asperger's Syndrome, but it also helped my son understand why he is different from other children and that it's ok to be "just the way I am." This is a terrific book that we have shared with many of his teachers, caseworkers, and other family members. Thanks for sharing.

Charisma, after our PM's I got this book. My dd has read it twice, I can't get Miles to read it yet. I will, I haven't forced it with him. He's such a huge cat lover, I think once he looks @ the pictures of the cute kittens he'll sit down and read it too. Thanks for sharing it with me!!
