Found this at an auction yesterday. It is only about 36" high. I will find a place for it somewhere in my sewing room. Has anyone seen anything like this or have any idea about how old it may be?

Used to use them all the time before I finally got a dryer.

Don't know how old that one is - I purchased one about ten years ago -

My DM and DMIL both used these - so I know they've been around for at least 65 years.

That is the neatest drying rack I've seen! It sure would be easy to keep strips in order for quilting!

I don't think I've ever seen one like that before. Beautiful display rack.

I see them when we stop in at Amish/Mennonite stores. I have a drying rack that I use to dry clothing that I don't want to run thru the dryer in the winter.

Brings back old memories. My mom - 84 years old now - use to sit it over the floor furnace to dry clothes. We use to stand over the floor furnace with our skirts on to get warm.
