I went into my profile, added a cute avitar, it's the right kind of file, but it's not showing up? Anyone else have this problem? Still new here, so not sure?...

you might pm Patrice, a moderator, and ask if you're doing something wrong. She is very helpful. You may have to contact Admin but Patrice will know and tell you if that's something that Admin needs to check out.

Yep, clicked the box to pick one, then clicked below to add it. It even came up, saying my profile had been updated. I added to my signature at the same time, & that's showing up, but no avitar. That's the puzzle, lol! Where do find the moderators list, to contact the one mentioned?

Mine is still saying new user under my name, maybe that's why...Hadn't thought of that....

I wouldn't know about that I didn't try to put my avatar on till quite late and I may have been a regular by then, not sure, if you look at some other posts and the replies you will find one's that says moderator click on there name and it should open up another page and you can pm them privately and ask why you can't put it on and they maybe able to help you.
they should also see your post as they do check posts and they may reply to you. good luck
