I spent the morning doing a huge batch of Zucchini cookies. The Zucchini was huge and even though I tripled my recipe, I only used half of it. I see Zucchini bread in my future. In the mean time, I can go back to my favourites QB and quilting. They say if you have too many zucchini, you don't have enough friends. :lol:

Sounds yummy! I made Zucchini fudge cake and bread this week. And a casserole!

I read a joke in Readers Digest once that said when the zucchini are ripe you'd better lock your car doors! Meaning all the gardenders with extra zucchini will drop it off in your car. Could be a lot of zucchini if you know a lot of gardners!
