Hello Family,

I been in the hospital since Thursday just got out today Tuesday, I had Bad chest pains Thank the Lord it was not heart but i still have fluid around the heart I had a Heart Cath done and it came out alright but the Dr. stated for me to do some excerise in the water so i have to contact the YMCA after 2 weeks. I feel ok now. So who all prayed for me I thank you very much for the prayers

shallow water fitness is great easy excercise! Check that out.

I'm a water baby and love everything about the water and have done many forms of water sports and exercises.

Glad to hear you are home and doing fine.

Oh, my goodness, Jerrie! I'm glad you are feeling better. I hear water exercising is wonderful! My good friend teaches classes. You are still in my prayers!
