Prayers and good vibes going out to you. Definitely try to find just a little time each day to do something for you. Emotional refueling is so important...just as your car won't get you to the hospital or docs appointments without gas, you can't keep going without some type of activity (or inactivity) that tops off your gas tank. Take care.
