Well said and oh so true. We seem to get the blame for everything, even for being a baby boomer spending our money on ourselves instead of keeping it for the children. What's wrong with them working hard and earning their own. I keep getting phone calls about paying into funeral schemes but they are a bit taken aback when I tell them that's why I had kids. My mum paid for my Dads but when she passed my siblings and I paid for hers. Luckily my children are hard workers and don't expect the handouts. We do give in lots of ways to them and the grand children and especially in time and love.

When I stroll thru the grocery store I look at all the products offered now and see so much waste in the packaging or the one time use of a majority of the items. Kind of sad to see so much wate for convenience sake. I still cannot bring myself to try Swifter (and other type) products due to the trash they create. Take care.
