    Birthday Gift for Grandson

I have fallen in love with machine cross stitching from Sudberry House. At the Quilters' Unlimited show in Chantilly in June, there was a vendor who was selling the most incredible handmade wooden boxes of all sizes and wood choices. One of my grandsons will be 8 very soon. He is an avid reader, thus the choice of designs for his "treasure box." The design has well over 82,000 stitches, and, even with the Bernina 830, this project took several hours to stitch out.

It says I LOVE BOOKS on his shirt

That is so cute. I didn't know that could be done on a machine.
