I found these today in an antique mall and really liked them. There are no markings on them but the sticker said they were old. Just curious about them. I haven't seen any others.

They kinda look Russian, you know like those stacking thingys.

Looks like Polish style to me. I like how they are very detailed. That is a mark of good workmanship.

They are six inches tall. They are 2.5 x 2 at the base.

The HGTV website has an antique section....in the forums. You can post the pics and get and maybe get an answer. If you DO find out, let us know. They're very interesting pieces.

I was going to say the same thing. First thing I thought of was the stacking dolls.
