I'm not sure how many crocheters or knitters we have here - I'm sure a lot!
Last night I got my Caron Connections Newsletter in my inbox and wow! I knew that another one of my designs would be coming up on the newsletter but I never would have expected Vicki Howell to write such wonderful things about me and the monkey designs!

If you crochet or knit and you don't get the newsletter - you should totally sign up for it - it's a great newsletter!
Here's the issue that came out last night :)

I know I should be putting my designing skills to use today - and I probably will in just a few minutes but man that was so cool!! I had to share it!

I've had several patterns made available through the Caron Connections newsletter - a few of them Vickie left my name off of :( but this was really my favorite write up so far!

It just made me feel really good today - not that I was in a bad mood but who can not be in a good mood after being called a designer extraordinaire? And by someone as famous as Vickie Howell? So cool!

Hmmm... how do I get on a PBS show?? I'll have to contact the Uncommon Threads folks and see if I can figure out how to get on one of their shows... that would rule!!

Hmmm... that would mean that I'd have to buy and wear make up ... and lose some serious weight... oh but it's so worth it!
lol. Yeah, I don't see that happening any time soon - I'm just happy where I'm at right now... but we'll see.... maybe I can design up some quick project for Uncommon Threads and see if they would have me....

ROAD TRIP!!!
lol
