I found this on a trip to Salvation Army the other day. They had it sitting by the fabrics and yarns. I asked them, but nobody knew. It wasnt expensive, so I bought it anyway. It appears to be all intact, no missing parts. It can gold up flat. Anyway.....thanks for helping me out! I hope someone can tell me. It is just a curious thing!
