I have to agree with Ditter. Those cardinals are waiting for some suet so they can warm up. Poor things. I moved into my new place in Dec. and have had a suet feeder and seed feeder up since the second week, but no takers yet. Actually, the night before last, a huge wind came roaring through and blew the seed feeder, full of seed, right off the railing. Maybe the squirrels will clean all of that up.
