I just got a new laptop and I have been "playing" on it trying to get things set up like my old one. I know I can't get it exactly like the other one since it was using Vista and this one has Window 7.

My question...I get an email each morning from QB listing the most active topics. I start my morning by reading as many of these as time will allow at that time and go back later to finish them. The ones that I have not read are listed in blue (at least on my PC it's blue) then turns to a maroon color once I have read it. This used to stay at that color (on this and my old pc), even when closing my email window, so that I am able to go to the next topic at a later time and not have to try and figure out which one I have read. It does not do that now just goes back to blue......can someone tell me what have I clicked in my "playing" so I can go back and "unclick" it. I have tried everything but evidently there is one thing I haven't tried.....but what?

Thanks so much for you input

It might be in the browser rather than the computer. If you are using mozilla firefox, it is automatically set to forget your history. Google chrome and Safari both have private browsing options you may clicked accidentally. I'm guessing internet explorer would as well but it has been forever since I've used it. These options are located in the preferences or tools bars at the top of your browser and you can tick or untick them to remember your history. Good luck :) Sorry I can't be more specific, I'm on a mac and have forgotten what PC's look like at the top so I can't check exactly what steps you should take.
