Our neighbor couple rounded up about 30 strays in our rural area. They were able to get them spayed/neutered and find homes for about 20 and found they had picked out 10 favorites to keep. They decided they couldn't keep doing it as 10 was enough. They have no kids and think of them as their kids. They spend lots of time emptying nine litter boxes and vaccuming up litter and hair. They are in their early 40s. I have 4 cats and clean litter box twice a day and sweep up litter and hair twice a day. In my late 60s, I find I am getting tired of it.

Someone posted this picture today on my facebook page. I think it's hilarious. I have trouble enough with hoarding fabric. I don't need to start with any critters. haha

I had to send this to a quilting friend. She fosters kittens but because of that, she now has around 10 that she kept. We kid her all the time about someone doing a animal hoarding show about her.
