The tress are really pretty, but it makes me cold just looking at them.

I am in Central Illinois also and although pretty it is getting a little scary. Plus our power keeps going on and off. Ugh.

Central Illinois here also...we had ice last night, but not that bad, more sleet. Today and tonight we're getting more snow than ice, but it's an "icy" snow that makes a lot of noise hitting the windows. Supposed to get 15+ inches. I'm crossing my fingers about the power staying on.

Talked to our son and grandson in Central IL and the weather is not too good. Lots of cancelations. GRandson is without power, our home is without power but our son still has power 50 miles away. It is to get nasty tonight. We are eastern IL. He checked our home for us last Sunday and all was well at that time.

Hope our family stays safe through this.
