This morning I got a call from my oldest son. He had an accident at work with a sandblaster. He only has vision in one eye and very limited vision in the other to begin with (birth defect he was born without a Macular). He is at a eye specialist now getting his eyes cleaned out. Then he finds out someone broke into his house. Took all his DVD's his DVD player a camera and whatever else they could carry.

I am so stressed out I hate waiting.

So sorry, not the best way to start the new year. Hope they can do something for the eyes. The other things can be replaced. Will be thinking of you and praying that all goes well. Keep that Chin up.

When it rains it pours! After my DS and DDIL were broken into last year, I can sympathise with him. That is a terrible thing about his eyes! I hope he will be okay! :|

Will keep you and your son in my prayers. As rotten as people can be, it is good to remember there are a lot of very good people out there. And you are so right, waiting is the hardest part in a situation like yours.

Oh Dear - So sorry to hear of your Son's accident. I hope he will be good as new soon. Why is it that some folks find it easier to steal from others, when in actuality..its easier to be honest and working for the things you need/want. Im sorry for all that has happened. Stay strong..maybe someone will spill the beans on the moron that stole from him. Keep us posted.

    Thank you everyone.

I do believe in karma, what goes around comes around.

It is another roadblock to maneuver around on his road of recovery.
