    That's what exercise is supposed to do. The more you exercise the slower your heart will beat & the less you'll sweat....and your heart will thank you :).

    Most cross country bicyclists take bee pollen. Two of my son's took it for years to increase endurance. Now they tal maintenance dosage and swear by it. They are excellent racers.

    I would not trust anything from China that I had to take by mouth. Look at all the food contamination problems they have had.
    I get all my supplements from a company in New York that manufactures all their own products and does a lot of testing on them.

    Be careful. There are alot of things that say and are "all natural" but that doesn't make them safe. On top of that some of the "all natural" things counter act w/meds. This is another reason to let your doctor know "everything" you are taking when he asked; even if it says "all natural"
