Cake balls are a great thing. Helped DD make them last year for teacher appreciation week and everyone loved them.

These are great. My daughter makes them and they are a big hit wherever she takes them.

The recipe is so easy and versatile. You can use any flavor of cake mix and icing. Some combinations we've made are...chocolate cake/chocolate icing, white cake/chocolate icing, chocolate cake/white icing, strawberry cake/strawberry icing, spice cake/cream cheese icing. The possibilities are endless.

And when you dip them, you can use chocolate or white chocolate, or try the colorful Wilton candy melts.
