Well....can't say I've ever heard of chocolate covered bacon. I do however have a passion for dark chocolate...especially fresh strawberries dipped in dark chocolate.

My family insists that I make Buckeyes several times a year. There always seems to be some extra chocolate left over, and then anything not nailed down is fair game. Bacon, Twinkies, Candied orange slices, marshmallows, graham crackers, peanut butter between some Ritz crackers, pretzels, and jelly beans. Chocolate seems to make everything better.

My SIL loves bacon. I bet he would try chocolate covered bacon. He travels all over the world and has eaten some weird things. He's up to trying most foods.
