How fun is that (smile). They know a safe haven when they see it. Looking forward to the pic.

How cute! When I was about 10 there was a butterfly that would follow me around outside in the back yard. It lasted for a few weeks if I remember correctly.

It needs a miniature quilt, for the cold days to come!

You must live near me. We have lots of lizards, I think I must have a lizard nursery and daycare. I live on the east coast of SC, also

Is it an anole? I lived in Florida for a short time and I was absolutely charmed by the anoles all over the place. Lizards are pretty rare in Indiana, and I had never actually seen one in the wild before.

I hear they're good bug control, so I hope she sticks around! :)

We live on a river and use to have an iguana that would come up to the porch... we named him/her "fred" and fed him/her carrots.

Wish we had lizards here, I've always liked them.

When we go to Jamaica the resort has scads of little gecko's that live there. Most of the time you don't see them, but during lunch when the sun is on the deck outside the restaurant you can see them congregate under the brush, then just as the sun appears they come out then begin doing a 'dance' - leaping straight up into the air - catching bugs :)

I could watch them forever.
