Sandwiches and chips would be fine.
That's what I do when we have company for lunch/brunch.
Everyone loves it and they get to make exactly what they want on their sandwich.
Fruit and/or veggie tray is good too.
Have never seen a child, no matter what age pass it up

For teens I buy flat bread ,cold cuts thinly sliced( easier to roll), toppings (think Tacos). Then let them roll up their own sandwich.

It can't hurt to set out salad greens and cut-up veggies, too. They can make a salad, add them to their sandwiches or dip them. Some people might want less fattening food - and doesn't your hubby have to eat that kind of stuff anyway?

There's always Stouffer's lasagna, a bag salad, bottled dressing, Pepperidge Farm garlic bread and a quick brownie mix. They'll love it.

Coffee and donuts! It's what you feed us!

Seriously now, if they are renting a cabin they may already be eating a lot of sandwiches and such and be ready for a hot meal.

Frozen lasagna (baked of course - thought I'd through that in just in case....) Garlic bread.

Tacos would work.

Sloppy joes

Burgers and hot dogs on the grill with all the fixins, chips, fruit, and drinks. You may add potato salad, or macaroni salad. If you don't want to make those you can get them already made up.

Spaghetti and sauce, garlic bread, salad, fruit, ....

Good luck and let us know what you are making - we may come join you.
