This is a video of our grandpup that I thought you might enjoy. He's a rescue lab mix. When our daughter - his mom, was working 12 hour shifts he stayed with us. Now she's working a normal shift so he's back home. Like most dogs, he has some little quirks. He's not afraid of thunder storms or fireworks but sometimes he's skittish around some strange things. Enjoy.

Our lab used to be scared of the oddest things, balloons were the worst!

He is soo cute!! Our fur babies are individuals in their own rights, with ideas of what is and what is not scary. I think it was funny that he believed that vicious cord army wouldn't notice him if he backed up past it!!!

We once had one lovely, picture perfect rescue Doberman, our dear Hilda, but she was, shall we say, real dim witted. She had a powerful voice like the hound of the Baskervilles, and since she hated and feared the low hanging full moon on cloudless nights, we had to keep her inside on full moon times because of the neighbors. With the drapes open, she would spend those nights either pushing angry DDs out of their beds so she could sleep under the covers, or with her head stuck under the couch for protection.

I'm glad he saved his "baby" from those mean electrical cords. His poor baby was surrounded by them and your grandpup was the hero here!!! He backed out so he could keep an eye on those cords at all times...just like a gun slinging sheriff in the olden days :)
