I would like to know if anyone can instruct me on how to do an invisible seam on a pair of pants legs by using my sewing machine. I have a Janome 6600. Can this even BE done?

My Brother SQ9000 has a blind stitching foot. I have a hard time explaining things in writing. My machine came with a video showing me all those nifty little tricks with all the feet it came with.

Here is a you tube video for blind stitching hems on drapes. It's the same principle as if you were hemming jeans.

If it's hemming, I believe the Janome 6600 does not have a freearm, in which case it would not be possible to do a blind hem stitch unless you could open the seams on the pants leg first in order to hem flat, then restitch the side seams. This would be way too much work for me! Most sewing machines have a freearm, but this particular sewing machine gave that up in favor of the wider harp for quilting purposes.

You don't need a freearm to hem pants on a machine.
I do it ... and use the 6600. The manual explains quite well, how to do the blind hem.

Do you mean a "french seam" on the inside of the leg?

I've not heard on an invisable seam. I haven't made clothes in years and have forgotten a lot of it. I just make quilts now.

Would be helpful to know what seam you are wanting to close invisibly. You could use the ladder stitch if you are
wanting to close a seam invisibly, but you would need to do it by hand - see the following website, closing a cloth doll seam:
