    I love cukes in pepper & vinegar, too! I've never added salt, but it must be that my Dad never did so i never knew other people added it. Anyway, Yum!

    Have you ever heard of Lemon Cucumbers? We grew them in our garden in California. They look like a lemon and they will not repeat on you. We can't get them in Georgia, and are not able to grow them here. You can eat them like you would an apple, and they are so good in salads, etc.
