If she was using an incandescent light bulb, I would call it a fire hazard! I remember having a cute plastic shade over a 60 watt bulb, never realizing that the shade was a bit too close. The thing melted and could have caught fire!

Oh yes! LED lights burn cool and give off great light. they are expensive but last and last and last and....burn cool to touch. Lowes has a super supply of all different styles for all different needs. (I personally like the old fashion bulbs in my ceiling fan lights in the winter; fan is set to push risen hit down from the ceiling and the heat from the lightbulbs is a bonus.)

Thanks for sharing the idea. Am I the only one who liked her first attempt?
