DH has all kind of boxes hooked to his big screen tv, one does this and one does that. He was beside himself yesterday trying to get the tv to work. He took wires off, re routed, by passed, unplugged, cussed, and finally gave up after four hours of still no picture, no sound, nothing but a blue screen and asked me to call someone today to come 'get it straightend out' it was something bad wrong with something and he couldn't figure it out.

I put new batteries in the tv remote this morning and everything works perfectly.

He's at work so he doesn't know it's fixed. I'll tell him how much the tech said a house call would be and then I'll show him the order I placed this morning at Connecting Threads. He'll be confused, that I can guarantee, but by the time his sport tv channel is turned on he'll forget he's confused.

Oh no, been there done that. DH here would not have given up the TV and all its components may have been out in the front yard.

OMG just batteries.
