Not sure if I should put this question here but it really has nothing to do ith quilting. Has anyone ever made a diaper bag? What pattern did you use? I want to make one for a friend but I can't find a pattern I like. I don't care if the pattern is free just as long as I find one I like. Help please

Hi Vicki,

My daughter made this pattern for her sister and it turned out great http://amingledyarn.wordpress.com/ga...ma-diaper-bag/

she also made the wipes holder (from the same site) that you can use to hold the small baby wipes container and a couple of diapers for a quick outing

She used a corduroy for the outside and a retro polka dot print inside and she did put interfacing in the shoulder strap to give it a little more body and it looks like it came from some fancy boutique someplace.

Thanks. This is a great topic. My boyfriend's sister is going to have a baby in September and I was eventually going to ask the same question.

Neat diaper bag pattern. I'm going to use that to make a camoflauge bag for a friend (male). He needs one so he doesn't lose "man points"
