Default Diet tip

Last night I put 3 sweets by the kettle to take into my sewing room with a drink.
Now they are no good for a diet but if you leave them there you loose weight. Just found them.
Oh well must go to eat them.

If its chocolate I'm right there. I have been known to fix something, walk out of the room, and before I get back, its gone. Found out it wasn't me forgetting that I had ate it, it was my DH finding it. It doesn't help the diet if he eats it, I'll just make more. LOL

he, he. that was a short diet. I lost 20 pounds a year ago with gall bladder trouble, gained 10 of it back. I know that wouldn't have happened if I didn't snack.

Of all the things I forget, Candy or Dessert is not one of them.

I don't snack or eat while doing my quilting - I'm afraid I will get something on the fabric that won't come out!

I want to know, why the stuff that is so bad for you tastes so good and the stuff that is so good for you tastes like grass?!? ;-)

Raine54RN...you are so right...being a diabetic it is hard to find things to eat and snack on that taste good...most stuff tastes like cardboard, grass or dirt...just told my Dr. that I may as well go out in the front yard and just graze out there !!!
