I'm wanting to purchase a small digital camera for my purse. I'm going to the quilt show in Houston and want one that will fit in my pocket or will lightweight around my neck.

Any suggestions?
Thanks!

I have a fugi and love it. It can either save to a card or the hard drive in the camera. Try to get one with the biggest zoom and pixels for your money. The zoom is great rather trying to take pictures from across the room or a scenic view. The pixels will give you better clarity on your pictures. I also like fugi because it has almost no drag time which is really important when taking pictures of kids or things that move; what you snap is what you get instead of blurred images. They also last forever. My last one only conked out because my grandson got it wet. I'd had it for so many years I couldn't even get mad. It was nice to get an updated model. Now my daughter needs a new one (she always has mine) so it's a good time to get me another one and pass mine onto her

I have one of these as well. Love it! Very small and fits easily in purse to take anywhere. Never leave home without it.

Canon Powershot died after about 6 years and I got an Olympus for MUCH less. I like it fine.

I have a Fuji WP (waterproof) and LOVE it. It takes knocks well, makes movies, goes on the bike and in the pool, lake, and ocean with me. The one I have has been discontinued, but there is a newer model available. (Fuji Z33 WP)

I bought a Nikon last year and LOVE the camera.
Also found a small cell phone case that this camera
fit in perfectly.
