ok, tonight I was feeling a little lazy, I browned hamburger, 1/2 of an onion, then added Zatarain's dirty rice... at the end I threw in about 2 cups of frozen ( cooked it first ) veggies and that was it, pantry dinner in a bowl............ yummmm

My supper was made before I started sewing. Green beans with red potatoes cooked this morn, along with home made cole slaw & sliced tomatoes.Just heat the main dish & grab sides from fridge.

Local firemen are having their carnival. Must support your local firemen. Best fried ham sandwiches around. Homemade pies, icecream, fries, snow cones, homemade soups bean or chicken corn. Ahhh, this is the good life this week. They are even having a cake auction tonight. Never know what I might come home with. Oh, besides the higher cholesterol, that doesn't count this week.lol

Made oatmeal cookies this morn....1st baking I've done in a while.Have melon in fridge, but no chocolate around :)
