I have actually dozed off and woken up with a jolt ... thats when I really know its time to go to sleep :) and not at the computer

I have been spoiled by technology and when I am unable to fall asleep easily I access the board via my IPhone ... Which I am doing now ... I have gotten to where I read the same thing two or three times and that is normally my cue it is time to fall asleep :)

I do that all the time, but I am in the bathtub when it happens. Almost got my book wet the other night.
