Default Do you have a pattern for this?

Did anyone happen to watch "Wendy, the crafty girl"? I caught the end of an episode where she showed a "collar" on a wine bottle, but it looks like a bowtie; they are really cute. I try to cut a piece of paper & then fold it to look like one of those ribbons (like the breast cancer ribbon), but I'd like to see a pattern for sure.
I tried to google it, & all I find are wine bags or knitted wine bags.
Thank you,

THank you Dottymo, that's really cute. But what I am looking for is just a band around the neck, it looks like a scarf. It helps catch the drips when you pour. I have seen people use a scrunchies for this purpose. She made one for herself & one to wear as a bracelet as well.

Check out giftedgrape.com. There is a red bow tie shown on a bottle. You might be able to look at it and make a pattern. Bow ties are not hard to make. Good luck.

I found these bottle scarves:

These are adorable hats and scarves for wine bottles:

If you Google "wine bottle scarves" or "wine bottles scarves and hats", you will find lots of variations. Not sure which one the Wendy program was showing.

I love the knitted hats with matching scarfs. Problem is I don't know how to knit. Problem solved...I'll sew them out of fleece, the fleece will stretch enough so the hat will fit over the neck of the bottle. What do you think? Will it work with fleece?

Oh, yes, the hats should work with fleece. Fleece stretches enough. Maybe test the fleece to see which direction stretches more and sew accordingly, but it may not make a difference.

Yes, that's it. Thank you Prism99. I guess you can just make a long tube & then fold it over. So when you pour you'll have to hang on to it, otherwise it'll come off? I will also have to think of how to make it look more masculin. My husband will not use them with flowers like this, LOL.
