Or, I should say...do you have cable/satellite?

I've been without it for 6 years...and love it! Don't miss it a bit.

Everything I want to see or learn about is on the computer.

I have cable but only because it is free. I couldn't afford to pay for it.

We do however I could live without t.v.--now my husband wouldn't be able too. We have all kinds of channels that I don't even know how to find. I do turn it on while sewing-usually game show network-but don't really watch. I'm just not real fond of the silence late at night when the house is quiet or I'm all alone.

No. It's been 17 years with out any television reception or cable. Another 5 years before that was basically only the news and Star Trek.
I sure don't miss it. I don't know where I would find the time to just sit in front of the television.
We do have a monitor to watch movies with, but with all the kids recently out of the house, DH and I rarely watch a movie either.
