Default Do you know how to make this?

I saw this star ornament on a quilt shop website as a class they're offering. I wondered if anyone knew how to make it or what the pattern is. I'm terrible at looking at something and figuring out how to do it. I thought I would ask on here before calling the shop

Looks like some type of folding the fabric or weaving?? Hard to tell by the photo. Did you try Google with a description of the Star??

You've got 4 squares in the center. The points come in pairs made by attaching a bigger square folded into a triangle on the back.

I'd have to play with the sizes to know how big the folder square that makes the points would be

after rethinking----------each color begins as one piece and is folder to make a center square with triangle tips
