So it happens in other parts of the world as well.
If I go to the doctor for my scripts, I am charged
the normal fee, but if I also ask a medical question, I am billed for a double appointment, smells fishy to me.

My X DIL took her daughter to her MD for a sports physical. She paid the $20. co-pay for that visit. After the physical they realized they didn't have the paper for the doctor to sign. The doc said just bring it in and give it to the front desk and I will sign it. They drove home and brought the paper back immediately and wouldn't you know it...they had to pay another $20. co-pay.

I wonder what code they used for that. lol
