yes, the more i look at that the more i feel she did that on purpose. she lifts her leg very high to clear the fountain ledge. she works in that mall and knows very well the fountain is there. so hmmmmm.

She has a lawsuit because no one went to her rescue (like she didn't get out fast enough) and security people posted the video on Youtube.

I didn't think her case was very strong to begin with but yesterday I heard she has a case against her for forgery on one of her friends credit cards. Sounds like she charged $5,000 on the card without permission (at least this is what was said on a news site).
She just doesn't seem like the brightest crayon in the box. I know if that happened to me I wouldn't want everybody to know it was me. Yes friends and family are one thing but the world? No. By bringing a lawsuit up and going on TV now lots of people know her name and now have a better picture of her from the interviews. I don't see how anyone could tell by that video who that person was unless she told them that happened to her and they added one and one and got two.

Some people like or need to get attention.
