Due in 2 weeks (Apr. 3rd)

Mom is resting comfortably on the couch (the whole couch), she needs all the rest she can get right now. In a couple of weeks 5-6 precious little bundles will be here and no more rest for at least 5 weeks. Then I get to take over for her for the next 3 weeks. Colorado law requires them to be 8 weeks old before they can be rehomed. (which is the way it should be in all states)
I like to let a couple 2 or 3 of them out when they are big enough to terroize dad for a while. He loves to play with them but gets scared when they all gang up on him.

Poor baby!!
She looks as if she is making the best of a most uncomfortable situation!
If they come on the due date, you must call one Susan, after me!! It is also my birthday!!
One day later it will be Easter and you can call them all little honey bunnies!!
Good luck & You get some rest built up ahead of time, too!!

Yes, breeders and non-breeders. They do it just to get ride of them so they no longer have to take care of them. Gee I wonder why some of them have issues, they need the time to learn how to be a dog and learn independance.
I was an ACO at one time and saw some tiny ones come in to be put up for adption and was told they had no idea who the mom was. They "FOUND" them, yeah right!
