I recentlly convinced my DH to take an exercise class for people over 50. He was not really keen on the idea but agreed to go. The teacher was very welcoming and the other class members were very friendly. We started with some stretches, not too bad. Then we started at the neck and went down the body, stretching and exercising as we went. My DH agreed that it was not too bad. As the class progressed we got to the ab part of the class. Everyone got their mats and layed down on them. I should tell you that I am the type of person that has a great sense of humor and can have a bit of trouble not laughing when something is funny. Anyway, there we are, all laying out on our mats and starting the dreaded ab portion. That is when the rectal recital began. It was like stereo! One butt trumpet would sound and then an answer from somewhere else in the room. I could not continue, I just layed there trying to smother my laughter while my husband gave me dirty looks and turned redder by the minute. Then it happened! My DH joined the chorus! Finally we stood up, me with tears of laughter running down my face, or in my ears, put our mats away, did a little more stretching and left. My DH says he will not go back with me, he will go by himeslf, but not with me. I may never get him to do anything together again.

Maybe that's why my 60-ish BIL takes water aerobics classes? All you'd get are silent bubbles.
