Ok I know there is a recipe section but few go there so I am begging here..anyone have a good recipe? I cooked the chicken its chopped now I need to know what to add! I went online but there were few and they didnt have the hey I have tried this its a good one behind them so any ideas or recipes please post!

Also if you have used a smoker before do you wrap the meat (ie fish) or do you just put it on the rack? (mine was a gift no book included).

I do not wrap the meat before smoking.

Do you like Mexican food? Have a very tasty recipe, yummy, but has to go into the oven to warm through, about 20 minutes. Just answer I'll be back in a couple of minutes.

You didn't say how much chicken you have so I will just tell you the ingredents you can judge how much to mix in.

Chopped chicken
minced onion and bell pepper
bread crumbs for mixing in with the chicken and some for coating the croquettes
salt and pepper
egg

mix all together form into patties, coat with bread crumbs and fry until golden. you can also use canned chicken, tuna or salmon

We smoke all the time. For fish have you seen those aluminum grills that are disposable (they come either rectangle or a circle)? You can get them in the BBQ dept. at WalMart. That's what I would recommend to use for fish.

thank you! I will try the croquettes recipe one more time, it came out crunchy outside but like mush inside.. think the peppers are a nice touch to add texture.

Smoking Thank you. I will try the trout that I saved once more. Gotta get it right eventually!
