Several weeks ago, I read a post about fibromyalgia and the relief they got from chromium maleate. I now cant find it. If anyone remembers that post, could you pm me? Thanks :-(

In that thread, it was magnesium malate or maleate mentioned. If you can't find it locally, try iherb.com. Source Naturals is a good brand.
