Well I got hubs to the doctor today for his sleeping problem. The doctor said it was insomnia (no kidding! ) and gave him Trazodone. Does anyone take this? Any bad sides effects from it?

That is great. I hope you both can sleep now. I go through spurts of a week or so at a time without being able to sleep & it is terrible. Don't know how you did it for so long. Good Luck & Sweet Dreams

I've had problems sleeping off and on since going through menopause, then I go through spells where I sleep real good. I just figure in my case it is just another benny of getting old, ugh.
