    I notice we have got those flashing distracting advertisements on our site today.

    I get them, but ignore them.
    The ads that flash and "bother" you help to pay for the site. I think it's just a little thing we can overlook so the site stays free.
    Now, if it were a flashing ad that was bad or distasteful, then I would contact Admin about it. Other than that, I can live with it.
