Unhappy Flowers sent and apology given on Easter Sunday

I ordered a plant for my sister who just lost her DH of 63 years. I received a call earlier this morning, on Easter no less, from the company. They said the florist who was to deliver it had a computer glitch so they are refunding my delivery charge and giving me a larger plant to make up for the delay.

It was a surprise to get a call on Easter Sunday from JustFlowers.com to correct a mistake. I've never used that company before but sure will use again.

Now, if I only could go out on this beautiful day but still recovering from total knee replacement and housebound.

I've heard numerous reports of good customer service from the company. It's nice to hear these days, when there are so many places that could care less. I'm so sorry for your sister's loss.

I may have gotten the name of the company wrong so I want to correct here. The company was FromYouFlowers.com.

Thank you everyone for your kind words. I'm dreading the ride north for the funeral and the sadness that will be around it.

How good to know some companies have hearts in the right place. Sympathy for your loss and comfort for your pain.
